libqmi is a glib-based library for talking to WWAN modems and devices which speak the Qualcomm MSM Interface (QMI) protocol.
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/libqmi
http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/focal/man1/qmicli.1.html

My goal is to build for aarch64 such as
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/third_party/libqmi/

Firstly, we build on x86_64 and make sure its dependency.

Pre-Install:
libglib2.0-dev
libgtk2.0-dev
libgudev-1.0-dev
//glib-2.0
//gobject-2.0
//gio-2.0
//gio-unix-2.0

pkg-config

autotools-dev
libev-dev
autoconfig
automake
autoconf-archive
libtool

How to build glib-based ?
gnome which created by autotools:
https://developer.gnome.org/anjuta-build-tutorial/stable/create-autotools.html.en

Execute:
./autogen.sh
//aclocal
//autoconf
//automake

./configure
make

Next step – Download Chrome OS and use cross complier
